  2. That’s because you’re supposed to do chavassana for 3-5 minutes after the video ends, and while that is just laying´╗┐ on the floor breathing, it is an essential component of yoga

  3. Not sure if this works yet, but it makes me feel strong and´╗┐ confident which is better than losing weight anyway ­čÖé

  4. Guys, losing weight doesn’t need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll´╗┐ give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google). Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  12. Thank you for sharing this video! I’m on my weigh loss journey, and I’ve lost lots of weight, a very good tip; drink a lot of water, this is not a myth, water will clean all your system and in this way it work better therefore you’ll process better the food and the food won’t become fat.
