  1. yep i agree. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. And I heard that most of the celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items. worth watch here now ->

  2. Love your style Dagmar. Perfect flow and balance of poses, I feel fantastic afterwards, more centered and grounded, ready for my day! Namaste!

  3. Practice it up against a wall

  4. Love it in the morning =))

  5. Thank you for sharing. Love from France 😉

  6. I really liked the speed and instruction. Thank you. I cant seem to get the head stand, but i have the rest. Maybe a short instructional for the headstand?

  7. Learnt a few new things today, yet to master the head-stand though. Thank you very much for this amazing video.

  8. Thank you very much for this sequence I really enjoyed it!

  9. :)

  10. Indeed, I’ve remove my comment saying it was a “hang drum”. Your comment was the second to bring that up, it took 2 “votes” to motivate me to take action :). Thank you.

  11. just a Hang. The makers of it don’t like it if you use the word ‘drum’ as they believe it to be something quite different

  18. This was a great practice, thank you so much!

  19. Does this yoga will help me get slimmer too? I’ve been doing this for a week and I love it 😀 and since I want to loose a bit weight I was wondering if it would make my body thinner? (mostly my legs and stomach)

  20. courtney, great question! yes, handstand takes a lot of core, but it is also squeezing all energy to the midline, so also the legs. Practice against the wall first and make sure your shoulders come a bit further than your wrists when you come up. once up root down into your hands to lift up more and that will help you to gain strength and balance 🙂

  21. yes, erin, you are absolutely right, thanks for your comment, felix, the maker, does not like it to be called a drum at all. we only call it Hang 🙂

  22. courtney, i just filmed a new dvd and some small videos explaining some poses more in depth, also the headstand…i’ll be happy to let you know when it’s released….or you can sign up for my newsletter via my website…thanks and enjoy the practice!
