    My step brother was previously bullied. He stated he was planning to get bigger. I didn’t believe him. Right up until out of nowhere he added 40 pounds of complete muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). Nobody dares to bully him nowadays.

    I personally subscribed the other day. And this guys emails are cool!!!

  12. I would recommend your friend look into Tai Chi. That practice is superb for people with joint pain, as it is calming and soothing and gentle, yet it serves to powerfully strengthen your body and improve your balance and it is great for the mind too. Check it out!
