  3. I really like your vibe and videos, thank you!!! Did you say “marijuana is good for your life” at 9:13 ? I love the vibration of that too……

  4. i love this guy. i feel happy just listening to him

  5. The point of what ever is the strongest most noticeable in the moment is a key point. This series talkes about using the problem as a focus, wether it be panic, anxiety, depression or other. Well what if the other is a success, an accomplishment, love or compassion. It seems it does not have to be a problem, it can be what is most noticeable at the time of meditation. Using a problem to meditate on can develop love and compassion, can meditation on success do the same?

  6. Thank you very much

  7. After he talked about the left prefrontal lobe I read a short scientific article that talks about the left prefrontal cortex and other parts of the prefrontal cortex and what they specialize in doing in our brain.
Check it out, when you consider that article along with this video, it’s pretty enlightening lol.

  8. Thank you SOO much for this my friend. For the 1st time I have a truer understanding of the basic “mechanic’s” if you will, of meditation. Something so many of us who grew up in Western Society sorely lack & desperately need to see more of in our culture. Namaste 🙂

  9. thank you my friend

  18. Buddhism is man made. Don’t be fool by Buddhist clergy.
Gautama was ended his life by poison mushroom. He couldn’t heal his back pain and stomach ache. Gautama was a loser.
What is Karma, reincarnate, rebirth of Kim Jong family? What’s wrong with fresh, organic meat, oil fish?Is Buddhism right about those?
What did truly meditation can do?
1 Heal sickness? Gautama couldn’t heal his back pain and stomach ache.
2 See the future& past? By meditation,Gautama saw his karma. b******* gossip.

  19. I wish all of us people are like Mingyur, then this world wouldn’t be that messed up.

  20. I assume that it is watching the mind; but this is merely the mind watching the mind which involves a contradiction expressed by the image that a sword cannot cut itself. This is of course a contradiction in the mind only doctrine. Involving our mind in this contradiction a la zen can result in satori which i assume the Lama is talking about.

  21. Thank you for this. What a wonderful lesson to learn and such important information. I love the sense of humour with which you delivered this lesson, you have helped me a lot. I’m still very new to meditation and I am glad I came across this lesson so early. I have deep grief and anger in my life and to learn that I can use them as my tools for meditation is very helpful to me.

  22. Thanks for sharing the information 🙂
