  2. Probably for sitting in very peaceful secluded locations that happen to be covered with sharp stuff that distracts from your meditation when it sticks in your rear end? 😉

  3. You have a skinny nose like I do. I have a deviated septum so I get horrible airflow through my nose- and a little congestion can block it totally. If you feel exhausted when you get up in the morning or wake up with a dry mouth because you have been mouth-breathing I can tell you from experience that breathe-rite nasal strips help massively. When I forget to sleep with mine I’m tired in the morning.
    This is NOT an ad.. just the weirdest comment you have ever received on a meditation video! Ha!

  5. Thank you. Now I understand my thoughts and how to clear my thoughts. This video help me understand more where I didn’t understand and helps me how to meditate better where I was having problems. I try meditation and it worked a lot better. Thank you.

  6. I am new to meditation, only less than a year and still have much to learn. I was wondering your thoughts and wisdom on me trying a 10 day vipassana meditation that I seen a video on. I am interested in the discipline of it as well as the deep connection with self that can be achived. Do you think it would be of good benifit to me and what suggestions do have to give to help me prepare for such a session? Thank you very much.

  8. You are so good at teaching how to meditate. Your peaceful voice,look and simple words help calm me down and inspire me to keep trying to do meditation……. It’s not as easy as you sound.

    First I would like to say thankyou for all your great videos. I have learnt so much from them. Also I have a question- in buddhism it is talked about ‘seeing the true nature of things.’ Can you tell us what that is like and maybe describe it a bit?
