  5. sometimes i imagine air flowing thru my fingers or toes…each inhale from tip of fingers into the lungs and exhale out thru the finger tips…the toes actually helps me keep my awareness of grounding myself..

  7. Do you strive to maintain the mindset of no judgement while practicing asanas? I am trying to find a balance between improving my asana practice, while at the same time finding the calm state of mind I get from meditation. I try not to think things such as “my back isn’t perfectly straight” when doing downward dog, for example. Do you have any advice on how to better approach this?

  8. I seem so stiff I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do the Lotus position. I’m a 36 year old guy so maybe its only for young people.
