  15. I love this yoga class. I have been practicing yoga for 6-7 years but have never felt so much power ever before.
    If done correctly, with power, this whole routine makes you sweat tremendously and makes you feel leaner within a few weeks. Try doing it 3-4 times a week to see results. Do not forget to eat wisely!

  20. That chaturanga mess is nooo joke. God, even just the pose has been a challenge for me, let alone chaturanga push ups. I have to try this though, I need more strength in my core and arms. Badly. lol
