  13. medication?? for? asthma?? learn´╗┐ buteyko breathing. it cures asthma. most asthma is caused by over breathing

    In finaly my breath getting to fuss- my meditation failled

  15. my experience felt complete allthough when i opened my eyes i could see it felt as if i didnt have to know anymore and there was a different kind of energy´╗┐ allmost as if i was extremely tired but not in a sense
