Basically, there are a few different factors at play here There is a brainwave entrainment track designed to awaken your brain and allow you to tap into your full potential. There is a tonal track which is designed to wake you up & leave you feeling alert. INSTRUCTIONS To use this session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.
