  9. Amazing movie. Appreciate Youtube due to this kind of material!My mate had been bullied. He stated he was going to get bigger. I chuckled at him. I didn’t believe him…. Until out of thin air he added 40 pounds of pure muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible – look in Google. He doesn’t get bullied nowadays. I personally registered a few days ago. Paul Grilley was the first to really look at the bone differences and how they affect the practice of yoga his website is quite eye opening, also from experience teaching yoga I know that most of my students need modification to do downward dog, even I do 🙂 besides this her teaching style and her methods seem very helpful and I learned a lot just from a video of her so thank you for posting it 🙂

  16. Just for any beginners watching this video this really isn’t for you, most of the positions she’s doing including and especially Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward dog) are intermediate. This is because any posture where you have your arms stretched all the way up to the sides of your ears is hard for most people do to, due to the bone structure differences in the acromion process in the shoulder bones, however, modifications can be made to help people of all different bone structures.
