  1. all you need is environement. if you look at yogis who practice deep meditation, they go to seculded mountains, so not to get distracted, so it depends how much medition you need, if somebody is deeply upset, then he should spend most of his days in seculded mountains for few months, if not my much, say some mild forms of mind problem, e.g. attentiod deficit, or not able to concentrate, feeling tired, not coming to know, what should i do, then seculded room is fine for fewer minutes meditation

    When you focus on your mind state i.e. “angry”, you focus on the anger itself, instead of its content. Because absorbing into its content makes you more angry in a suffering cycle.

  7. Do you do same process for good emotions: happiness, contentment? How does saying the word angry or whatever detach me from it? You seem to be explaining mindfulness?

  15. Meditation can give you some of the answers, but not all of them. If you want to have the big questions of your life answered, seek the truth. Only the truth can truly give you what you want.   18. do anything that makes you feel comfortableas long as you can focus on the present moment, it really is that simple, what makes it difficult is not being used to doing this for a long period of time, as long as you can focus and breath well you’ll do great(:

  20. the focus you have is to be able to learn to live in the right now which is the only place where you will enjoy your life, the drama going on in people’s head including my own is created by us and through meditation we learn to deal with it when it happens, not try to erase what is a natural part of us, if you start off focusing on the breath it can help alot but in the end the goal is to just focus on what is going on in front of you and breath well for your own health, good luck(:

  21. through long periods of time of focus and breathing you can bring yourself to deep states of relaxation but if you begin to have expectations while meditating you will lose concentration, the whole point of meditation is to strengthen your concentration so that you can enjoy the right now, if you do that correctly then you will reach the highest point(:

  22. to meditate all you need to do is sit anywhere in a comfortable position, breath normally like you always would and focus your mind on the right now, what that means is do not allow anything to distract you and be fully aware of what is going on right now, this is difficult but as long as you bring your mind back to the right now everytime you get distracted then you will start to feel the effect, good luck(:
