  11. Although I am familiar with many of the poses, this was my first time in quite some time…had been working my way back up from Elena Brower’s AM/PM yoga programs. I did fairly ok keeping up; but had some difficulty with balance in some of the poses; but I know I will get better with more practice. This is a great and invigorating workout…and is not to be underestimated.

  17. thank you for this!! i have been a collegiate runner (xc/indoor/ outdoor track) for the past four years. my body needs a huge break, and this works wonderfully! i have an advantage because i am naturally flexible, but this definitely targeted some muscles that need work 🙂
