There are the colleges of meditation that say you should not meditate to audio, that you really should only meditate in silence.
But what if there was music that in fact deepened your meditation? That simply by listening to the audio, you were in a position to expertise far deeper states of meditation than you would with no listening to the songs.
So first we have to consider what helps make very good meditation songs.
Any meditation music in which there is a drum defeat should be thrown out. Because any drum beats or rhythms will retain your coronary heart rate large and this retains you from relocating into the extremely deep states of relaxation in which accurate meditation requires area.
Another factor to contemplate is what you are truly listening to. If you are listening to audio that is purely synthesized, that means the actual sounds you listen to are produced from electronically made audio waves, then this sort of new music can give you a headache and not be conducive to meditation.
Another point to think about is the meditation state of the musician generating the new music. If the musician has attained a substantial state of meditation, then their meditative state will be recorded in the audio that you hear.
