Use Free Online Guided Meditations For Communicating With God and to Attract More Support From Life : free guided meditation

Integrating your divinity into your everyday life means that you bring into wholeness all aspects of your Being. Using meditation helps you with communicating with God within because meditation helps you to clear mental clutter, release emotional baggage and balance and heal energy blocks.

The process of integrating your mind, body and spirit begins when you start the journey of paying more attention to your inner Guidance from your Divine, Soul Self instead of listening to and living from your mind’s constant chatter.

This process of learning to trust your inner Guidance cannot be rushed because you have learned to pay more attention to the outer and to be more mind-centered than Soul-directed.

Every problem experienced by you in your daily life and every problem faced by humanity in its evolution of how life is organised on Earth can be addressed by the Divinity that exists within all of Life.  If you choose to allow full integration of your Divine Self, you allow in Grace and benefit from solutions that would otherwise elude you.

This quotation from Deepak Chopra says it all:

Every person is a God in embryo. Its only desire is to be born.

Your choice today and for the rest of your life is to allow yourself to hold the hand of your Soul Self and to consciously build an effective and complete partnership. Your Cosmic Soul Self is your best friend that is tuned into and fully aligned with the support of Life Itself. Aligning with your Soul’s Guidance on a daily basis ushers in Life’s support in a new, vaster and more predictable way.

Will you allow and fully embrace the birth and complete integration of your God Self within?  If your answer is ‘Yes’, you can use online guided meditations to help you proceed more smoothly on this life changing journey.  You do not have to travel this new road alone – getting help from others who are fully committed to the integration of divinity process is smart and a powerful way to speed your own personal development journey.

Practice Forgiveness to Lead a Healthy Life

We all go through unpleasant phase in our lives. There might be people who might have deeply hurt you or disappointed you. Your heart becomes filled with negative emotions like anger and resentment which in turn tends to eat you up from within, harming you physically as well as mentally. In such a situation you have a tendency to develop a vindictive attitude towards those who have hurt you and vengeance is what you seek for.

But is this the way you can achieve peace of mind or heal yourselves? If you continuously harbor grudge against others, you will never be able to grow up as a better human being. The secret to attaining contentment, poise, and better health is to let go everything that has hurt you and forgive those who have disappointed you.

When you are hurt too deeply, it becomes very difficult for you to forgive or release all the negative emotions. However, you need to understand that though, forgiving might seem to be difficult yet by letting go off these negative emotions, you will pave way to better emotional health. In other words, forgiveness plays a major role in healing your wounds.

Forgiveness doesn’t happen overnight and like many other things in life, it takes practice, and patience to learn the art of forgiveness. The great thing about forgiveness is that you may do it for the other person but in the long run you are the one who benefits the most from it.

When you choose not to forgive, you are harming yourself while preventing yourself from growing emotionally as well as spiritually.

Forgiveness has long laid the foundation for spiritual well-being.

Healthy forgiveness integrates self respect and wanting better for your own self. This will help you to rise above the desire for vengeance, and instead invite universal love to flow through you so that you can pardon the person who hurt you, unleash the old pain and move ahead to achieve better things in your life.

It is important to cultivate empathy in order to practice forgiveness, which allows you to develop understanding as well as sympathetic attitude towards the offender. This serves as a great motivation for genuine forgiveness. Evidences suggests that forgiveness has played a key role in lowering depression, anxiety and other physical conditions, such as high blood pressure and heart rate.

Forgiveness is a virtue that is given by God to his children to extend quickly and limitlessly. Though it may require commitment, patience and focus yet by giving it freely, you exchange anger, hatred and resentment for joy, peace, and freedom.

Learning Meditation Can Bring you A Healthly Life

Article by Sal Pou

Meditation can either be on an object, or otherwise, can be objectless. In the initial stages, it is easier if you start by concentrating your mind on a selected object. Meditation is a three step process that leads to a state of consciousness that brings serenity, clarity, and bliss. As depicted in the first illustration, our “normal” state of mind is actually quite abnormal. Meditation can also give many other benefits.

Meditation, however, seems to be able to increase our minds’ attentional bandwidth. In other words people were capable of processing information more quickly and accurately. Meditation is integral to Buddhism but it can be practiced religion-free for relaxation, stress relief, to regulate sleep, emotional balance, and overal grooviness. I truly believe that if more of us meditated the world would be better place. Meditation helps us reach a state of balance.

Meditation is one of the best methods to bring about transformation and nurture the natural qualities within. Meditation, however, differs from deep sleep, for it works profound changes in the psyche. By curbing and stilling the oscillations of the mind, meditation brings mental peace. Meditation of one style or another can be found in most of the major religions, including Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam. Generally, Eastern religions have tended to concentrate on meditation as a means of realising spiritual enlightenment.

Meditation is frequently confused with various forms of concentration. The purpose of concentration exercises is to focus our full undivided attention on a specific aspect of functioning of our mind and/or the body in order to accomplish a certain goal or develop a certain skill. Meditation for Health, however, is a secular medical program. We teach mindfulness as a basic awareness practice, a way of looking at things, to be shared by people of all faiths and philosophies. Meditation is one of several relaxation methods evaluated and found to be of possible benefit by an independent panel convened by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The panel found that it might be a useful complementary therapy for treating chronic pain and sleeping problems such as insomnia.

Meditation itself is not about concentration, effort, or endurance. It is effortless, refreshing and renewing. Meditation is a journey to the center of our very being; a journey to emotional freedom; and a journey to the reawakening of our unconditioned self. Meditation is a practical matter: increased awareness brings an ability to make the most of ourselves in our daily lives.

Meditation can also be objectless, for example consisting of just sitting. Experiences during meditation probably vary significantly from one individual to another, or at least if different techniques are involved. Meditation, of course, has been practiced in India for centuries. Many know of TM because of the Beatles and other celebrities like Mia Farrow and Donovan, who hung out at Mahesh’s ashram in the 1960s and ’70s. Meditation can do that for you, and much more. The benefits were there, of course, before science proved them, and now you can keep up on the science and the experience with the Meditation Newsletter.

Work Life Balance, and How to Get There As Your Own Boss

Article by Brian Armstrong

I think back on my time working for someone else and almost have to laugh now. It seems so distant and far away that it isn’t even real to me anymore!

But I have to remind myself how I felt at the time.

The mornings were the worst. I had to leave earlier and earlier to get to work on time with all the traffic. Each morning an epic battle was waged just to get out of bed. On one side was my sense of obligation; on the other was the snooze button on my alarm clock.

I remember absolutely HATING my alarm clock with a passion. I felt guilty every time I pushed that snooze button, like I was had just gone to a crack dealer. I could get one more hit, just 10 more minutes, and it would feel so great. But at the same time I knew I shouldn’t!

I’d run out of the house bleary eyed and half awake. Some days I’d even have enough time to grab a piece of burnt toast on my way out.

All morning I’d sip on bad coffee to try and stay alert, but it would only make me jittery and remind me of how hungry I was (having missed breakfast!).

Finally, when lunch would role around, I’d be famished and would run to the nearest food court to gorge myself. I certainly didn’t eat the best food in those days. I’d eat junk food to feel better. It was like self-medication to make the day less stressful!

After a big lunch of course, an afternoon nap would have been perfect. My eyelids felt like they weighed 100 lbs a piece some days!

But I didn’t dare rest my eyes for a moment, under constant fear that my boss would walk by and catch me!

Finally the end of the day would arrive and I’d make my way toward home (even though I’d been at work far longer than 8 hours). I didn’t have the energy to cook anything at home, so it was fast food again for dinner. I would collapse on the couch, and try to quiet my mind staring at the TV.

Going to the gym was out of the question by that time, and the day would come to a close, doomed to repeat itself again!

A better way… Fast forward to today: I don’t have an alarm clock.

I get plenty of sleep and wake up most days around 9:30 or 10 AM (while most employees have already been working for 2 hours!). I don’t have any commute and I never sit in rush hour traffic. I run errands around town while everyone is at work which means I hardly ever wait in long lines.

I exercise almost every day and have tons of energy (by the way, the gym is always empty when I go too and I get plenty of one-on-one time with trainers going at odd times).

I take vacations and travel WHENEVER I WANT. I take days off WHENEVER I WANT. I can literally decide to pack up and go for a trip in an hour and I don’t have to tell ANYONE. I literally have total freedom. It is such a liberating feeling that it’s really hard to imagine what it feels like if you’ve worked a corporate job your whole life.

If I’m out late having dinner with friends or watching a late night movie I never feel guilty staying up because I know I can adjust my schedule. As long as I get eight hours of sleep, it doesn’t matter WHEN I actually get those hours.

I have plenty of things I need to get done for my businesses, but I get them done when I want to. And because I took the time to really start companies that I love working on, I am actually a work-a-holic. It just ended up that way because I literally love what I do!

I even work weekends fairly often. Not because I have to, but because I WANT to (I know it sounds crazy). Sometimes I can’t sleep at night because I am so excited about the next day.

The best part is that I now earn more than I did at my old job and have total financial freedom. I’m not dependent on anyone and have zero debt.

Bottom line: Deciding to become self employed has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and my life has become so much better because of it. If this sounds like a lifestyle you’d like to have, then take the time to learn more about starting a business. Today it is easier than ever!
