Meditation Music :

Relax with this Meditation Music, watch in HD and with headphones if you can, allow the tranquil image to aid your meditation. Recently while in County Cork, Ireland I was walking in the mountains where I came across this wonderful little waterfall, which is part of a much larger cascade. I stared into the dark water as it flowed over dense volcanic rocks formed hundreds of millions of years ago. As it tumbled into the tiny pool below dynamic bubbles danced gracfully across the waters surface, I was captivated by their simple beauty. The sound of water flowing and hundreds of drops falling through cracks in the rocks calmed me into a peaceful meditation. I spent quite some time sitting on a nearby rock as my camera recorded this simple intimate beauty. Above me the cascade rose amost vertically another hundred feet, behind me the meandering stream flowed seawards through a vast ever widening glaciated valley as it swept closer to the rugged west Cork coastline. For this video I have added a wonderful meditative piece of music created by Kevin MacLeod. The equipment I use for creating my videos is a Canon 5d Mark2 camera with a EF 16-35mm 2.8 L II USM Lens, a EF 70-200mm 2.8 L IS USM Lens and a EF 24-70mm L USM Lens set on a Manfrotto Tripod. I record onto a SanDisk Extreme Pro 32gb Flashcard and all of this is stored in a Lowepro Flipside 400AW. I then edit on a MacBook Pro with several iomega 1tb hard drives.
