You’re invited to join me for a unique 6 day/5 night healing retreat held at the Institute for Noetic Sciences Retreat Center – a beautiful 200-acre facility in the majestic hills of Sonoma County. This transformational retreat will take place during the Fall Equinox from September 20-25, 2011 and will feature a specific focus on fall season detoxification, meditation and healing.
During this in-depth retreat, I will draw upon my extensive research and experience in the fields of detox, healing and meditation to guide participants through the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of detoxification, transformation, regeneration and healing, offering a profound holistic program for optimal health and vitality.
I recently had the opportunity to see the Dali Lama at his center in Dharamshala, India. This visit, the environment and the chance to see the Dali Lama, had a deep impact on me. It allowed for a much deeper revelation and integration of the journey of meditation and healing within me, and I am excited to share these insights and experiences during this upcoming retreat.
Dynamic Therapeutic ProgramWith over 25 years of clinical experience, I have designed a dynamic therapeutic program which integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine theories on healing, including the connection between health, nature and the seasons, together with insights gained from years of meditation practice and my recent two-year meditation sabbatical. Participants will receive a highly-refined set of tools to facilitate the release of blockages on all levels, allowing for multiple issues to be addressed simultaneously. I will work closely with each person to individualize and fine-tune this powerful process of letting go, resulting in deep regeneration and healing.
