Grounding is a meditation method that unites you to the earth and natural world. It makes you feel stable and balanced and is a good meditation to do before different kinds of energy work and meditation. Grounding meditation exercises can be practiced alone as a method for you to experience a tranquil and serene feeling. Guided Grounding Meditation

Please prepare yourself by creating a sacred space to receive. Be comfortable and go into a place where it is quiet without distractions or others around.

Give yourself the gift of grounding your energy twice a day. Energy workers recommend every twelve hours so before sleep and when you awake.

The Gift of Grounding your Energy

I now invite you to close your eyes and be fully present. We now set the intention to allow this energy of Light to move through us healing and restoring every cell of our being to its full purpose
Bring your attention into your body and breathe.
Just allow the energy to begin to move through your body.
Be aware of your breath – the breath of Life; the breath of Spirit moving in and through you.

We call on all the Angels and Saints, the Master Teachers and God or Spirit (whatever we call them), Mother Mary, our Higher Self, our own Guides and Teachers (and any that we work with for our own meditation time)

Now bring your attention to your feet. We begin at the feet to connect with Mother Earth.
Imagine at the bottom of your feet are deep thick roots – like the roots of an oak tree.
See these roots going down into the earth about three feet down.
Now see and feel this pulsating rich ruby red energy moving from the earth up through these roots into your feet.
Feel it in your feet and your toes and now moving up your legs from your ankles, your calves, your knees
Continuing up your legs into the trunk of your body – pausing between each part of your body to feel and experience this energy.

Feel the energy now in the trunk of your body. This is where our root and sacrum chakras are. The root chakra is this rich ruby red color. The sacral chakra is orange. It is important to allow this energy here to be grounded to manifest in our lives.
Now imagine now this great oak tree. Feel the solidness and security of this tree.
Now feel this energy from your trunk grounding into Mother Earth
Feel it, Know it, Be it.

Continue moving this energy now to your solar plexus area. This color is yellow.
Allow this energy to move through our solar plexus clearing the energy
What do you feel here – do you feel any concerns, worries, doubts, stagnant energy, anything not serving our highest good?
Ask this energy to move out of your body. Allow and feel it moving out and being released
If it is helpful, you can put this energy into a ball or balloon outside of your solar plexus and then release it, let it go.

Now we move to our heart chakra area
Allow this energy to open up our hearts. Feel compassion and unconditional lovefor ourself, allow this energy to clear any hurt, pain, lack of love for ourself. Now extend this love out to others. The more we open ourself to love, we can love others

Continue this energy now to our throat chakra allowing open, clear communication with ourself and others. The throat chakra color is blue. Allow this energy to flow.
Now move the energy on our shoulders and allow it to move down our backs relaxing all the muscles and nerves.
Relax relax relax

Bring this energy back up to our shoulders again allowing them to relax.
Now allow the energy to move up the back of our neck around the ears, to the back of our head.

Allow the energy to move across our face, relaxing our jaw muscles, letting go.

Bring the energy to our forehead, the third eye center. Here the energy is indigo and we invite clarity and vision and deeper understanding of our life purpose and truth here.
Ask for knowing and clarity. Ask for our intuition to grow stronger and to trust this intuition.

Continue moving the energy to our crown center. The color is violet. This is our center of Connection to our Creator and to the Oneness of all Life.
Feel the Oneness. Feel the flow of energy moving in and through us.

Now allow the energy to move through our body beginning at the top of our head continuing down to our feet and down these roots. Ground this energy through the roots to Mother Earth.
Move the energy again back up through our body allowing it to flow and move through us to the top of the crown.

Breathe deep. Hold this energy for a moment focusing it at the top of the Crown.

Now bring your attention to the top of the head about three feet above the crown and now imagine a white golden ball of energy. With this energy, invite the Holy Spirit to move in and through us beginning at the crown

As you moved the energy before starting at the feet to the crown, now move this energy downward feeling it in every cell of our Being. Feel it, Experience it, Know it.

To the crown, inviting Oneness
the third eye, allowing this Light and Holy Spirit to bring pure knowing
allow it to bathe our face illuminating and bringing the Light of God to shine through our eyes and our face to every one we meet
allow it to continue to our throat chakra, healing all communication with ourself and others; bringing clear, loving and authentic communication to our life
allow it to relax our shoulders, our arms, our hands, our fingers; knowing this Light moves in and through us being Spirit’s hands here on earth to be this Light of the World
bring it up our arms now to our shoulders down our back relaxing and letting go
Move it back to our neck and then allow it to move down to our heart chakra further opening, allowing unconditional love and acceptance to ourself and others
We continue to move it to our solar plexus; bringing this light of healing to any lingering doubts or concerns, letting them be desolved into this Light of Healing.
As we move this Light down the trunk of our body, we allow it to heal our sacral and root chakra.
We now move this Light down our legs, our knees, our calves, our ankles into our feet and toes.

We now anchor this Light down these roots deep deep into the earth allowing us to be more purposeful and bring this Light into the world
Now move this Light Energy up through the roots moving up through our body all the way to the crown.
Breathe in this Light
Now allow the Light energy to move one more time down our body, all the way down again to the bottom of our feet anchoring in this Light into the Earth.

We give thanks to Mother Earth, the Holy Spirit and all the guides and Angels and Saints through this experience.
Thank you Thank you Thank you.

And so it is. Now and Forever shall it be. Amen.
